This project is being co-developed with EDF Renouvelables. 

It is located about 40 km North-East of Reims and 15 km South of Rethel, in the Ardennes department (08). The wind park covers an area of approximately 5,000 hectares (50 km2) and includes seven municipalities: Bignicourt, Cauroy, Hauviné, Juniville, La Neuville-en-Tourne-à-Fuy, Mont-Saint-Remy, Ville-sur-Retourne.
