It’s almost time to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the three wind turbines installed in Dilsen-Stokkem. Besides being happy that the turbines have been providing green energy to about 4.500 households in a year, Windvision is delighted to hear that the commune invested the revenue generated by the turbines to install a green roof on a community building.

The green roof is part of the commune’s climate action plan and has a positive effect on the local biodiversity.
