This project includes three wind turbines on the commune of Nivelles and three on the commune of Genappe near the RN25. A collaboration with the local non-profit association Vent+ will enable citizens to become co-owners of two wind turbines. 

The permit was granted in 2018 but was cancelled by the Council of State due to an administrative issue relating to the road decree. The Ministers Borsus and Tellier reissued the permit in January 2021. The permit is currently under appeal.
