The project is being developed by our subsidiary Terre & Watts Développement.

Located on a former paper mill wasteland, less than a kilometre from a substation, in the municipalities of Roquefort and Arue in the Landes region in France, this project will upgrade a degraded site and enable the production of local green energy for around 8,000 households.

Initial environmental impact studies were carried out in 2018. Additional studies, required for the revision of the local urban plan, are underway.

We hope to obtain a permit for this project in the third quarter of 2022.
